Can I use last return interest charged from realator. No 1098 and can not get a return from realtor

I tried to contact realator with no result.  No call back to get interest charged

Only if your 2019 amount is the exact same as last year.  If they issue you a Form 1098, they are also required to send a copy to IRS.  It is important to report consistent information to avoid any further correspondence from the government. If you have kept the record for payment, I would prefer using that information or the amount in which you can show the proof if IRS requests for substantiation.

I do not have a 1098 I can not get a response from the realator.  So I can’t file my taxes without the information

You can file without the Form 1098, then amend later, if they actually issue one.  Without the form, if you pay any mortgage interest, you can claim but be sure to keep evidence to show the proof.
