Can I use a 529 to pay k-12 tuition at a state of Georgia accredited Non-Traditional Education Center (NTEC) school?

I know 529s can be used to pay k-12 tuition at public, private, or religious schools. Are accredited NTEC schools considered public, private, or religious?

Yes, all the above.

From IRS Publication 970:

Eligible elementary or secondary school. An eligible
elementary or secondary school is any public, private, or
religious school that provides elementary or secondary
education (kindergarten through grade 12), as determined
under state law.
