Can I take out my 1098-T form for school since Turbo Tax is saying I cannot claim a tax break for it?

Yes, you can though you do not have to.  You enter the Form 1098-T so that the program will analyze and decide if you qualify for an education credit.  If you do not qualify, you do not need to file the Form 1098-T.
