Can I be claimed as my parents dependent if I'm 25 y.o on graduate school but they are paying my tuition, housing and bills?

Possibly, if you meet the qualifications as a Qualifying Relative which are as follows:

  1. You cannot be the qualifying child or the qualifying child of any other taxpayer.
  2. Your gross income for the year must be less than $4,050
  3. They would have provided more than half of your total support during the calendar year.

Since you are their child you meet the relationship test instead of having to live with them for the entire year.
