Am I still considered as Non-resident alien?

Hi,

I have a question about my status for Tax filing purposes. I moved to the States in 2018 for college. Here's a brief timeline:
Aug 2018- May 2022: F-1 visa for undergrad-level studying
May 2022 - Aug 2022: OPT undergrad level
Aug 2022 - Dec 2024: F-1 visa for Graduate school
Jan 2025 - now: OPT graduate level

I read somewhere online that when I start my study in graduate school, the five-year exempt period as NRA restart. Is that True? Am I still considered as a non-resident alien?

No, since you have been in the US more than 5 years, and have since passed the substantial presence test (assuming you have not left the country for long periods of time) you would be considered a Resident Alien.

No, the time does not restart when you start graduate school.  It is a one time 5 year exemption, after the 5 years, your exemption is no longer valid.
