2024 529 Contributions and Form 8815

This year I converted upwards of 60 series EE bonds issued post 1989 and deposited into my 5 year old daughter's 529 account. We had a no education expenses, and only made contributions to the 529.

Turbo Tax Deluxe Desktop is prompting me to fill out form 8815 with institutional info for the fund.

What information do I provide and where do I find it?

Do I provide the fund name? If so, how do you find the address for such a fund?

Do I provide the brokerage name and address where I purchase the fund?

Should the brokerage/fund provide documentation to help support the 8815?
Why does Turbo tax not prompt for that information or greater 529 info?

Is there a another version of TurboTax that is more helpful for these topics?

Delete the 1099-INT and re-enter.

You should only be asked for the name of the 529 plan.

Deleting the 1099 is an effective reset, but after I re-enter, it does not solve the problem.

Everything looks fine until TT reviews the tax return for errors and it notes 3-4 errors within the 8815.

Those errors are the fund name and address information.

"Those errors are the fund name and address information."

That's information that you entered. Make the corrections.
