WY resident. Received Sch. K-1, Form 1041 & Iowa Sch. B. Cal. yr. 2018, beg. 3-01-19 - 9-30-19. Sch.B shows excess deductions. Am I required to file IA1040 and sch. B?

no need to file only for excess deductions from an estate or trust.
