Would you help me file form 4361

I am a catholic religious priest. Want to know If I can file for 4361 for exemption from self employment tax

The program does not include this form because it is mailed in separate from your tax return.  You can find it to print out and mail in at this link:

You can certainly apply if you feel your work meets the requirements.  We could not tell you whether you would be accepted or not because it depends on too much specific information regarding the existence of a vow of poverty, the exact work you are doing, and a choice by your organization regarding FICA coverage.

I do not see how to put into the tax forms my 4361 exemption, where do I enter it???

@Krogelwe  The software doesn't support form 4361 because it is mailed in separate from your taxes.

TurboTax self-employed does have a lot of help for ministers who are exempt from self-employment tax once you are approved.
