Why is some of the information on Schedule D is not supported by form 8849?

I have form 8849 for some of my investment accounts but not all of them.  boxes in form 1099-B worksheet for 8849 exceptions are not checked.

Can you clarify your answer?  What do you mean by "some of the information on Schedule D is not supported by form 8949?  What information? What do you mean by "supported"?
