Why is it asking for a Total Sales Tax Rate on Schedule A when I chose Standard Deduction?

I chose Standard Deductions but yet TurboTax seems to have created a Schedule A. And it will not let me surpass 'Total Sales Tax Rate' field. If I do not input it, it is saying I will not be able to e-file and need to mail in my return. I chose Standard Deductions last year too and it did not create a Schedule A or ask for my Total Sales Tax Rate. I live in the state of Florida. What am I doing wrong?
