Why does my personal name show up on creating a 1099-NEC for the recipient copy?

I was creating a 1099-NEC form to send out to one of the contractors. On the copy I am supposed to send to the contractor, it has my personal name on the PAYER'S INFORMATION BOX as well. Is there a way to remove this? I just want my company name and address to be mentioned in this box.

The name is pulled from the Business Contact Info, where it states to provide person to contact for e-file questions.

Worst Case do I just white it out and send it to him/her?

I have never seen personal names show up on 1099 forms.

Are you using your personal SSN, or the S Corp's EIN?

Which program are you using for the S-Corp return ?   The TT BUSINESS  version which is a downloaded program ?    Or the Self Employed Online version you are posting from ??

You cannot use the SE version for an S-Corp return ... you must use the TT BUSINESS version and if this is your first 1120-S  I highly suggest you seek local professional assistance to get the first one done correctly and get educated on the payroll and filing requirements for the owner of an S-Corp.
