If you don't see the carryovers showing on lines 6 or 14 of your sch D, manually enter the carryover. See See How do I enter my capital loss carryover?
Sometimes data gets stuck, there could be a browser issue, many options with technology. If you want to try troubleshooting:
- Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
- Don't use Internet Explorer.
- Clear cache and cookies,
- Sign in using a different browser.
- Sign in using a different device.
- Log back into your return.
