Why did my k-1 schedule show zeros?

Did you receive a K-1 with no information on it ?    Were you completing the 1065 or 1120S ? 

if you received a k-1 with all 0's it's possible that there was no activity in 2019. we can't see the k-1 and don't know the entity's name or type of entity.
