Which state taxes do I need to file as a C Corp?

I am incorporated as a Delaware C corp and operate my business exclusively in New York and I operate in New York City.  What state corporate tax forms do I need to file?

You do not need to file a state income tax return for the corporation in Delaware unless the corporation is conducting business in the state. The corporation does, however, have to file an annual report and pay a franchise tax.
