Where is the schedule C on turbotax freedom where I can fill out the expenses for my business?

Schedule C is not on that version. You would need to use Turbo Tax Self-Employment or Turbo Tax Home and Business. You can get that here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
