No, only enter the amounts in each box once.  So, on the first K-1 being created, enter the value in box 1, plus the amounts in all the other boxes (box 5 through box 20).  Then for the second K-1, enter the amount in box 2 and then do not enter any other amounts in other boxes for that second K-1.
