When filing as a personal shopper for a company like Instacart, do I declare myself as the business owner?

Under business income and expenses, it's asking for a business profile.  If I am employed by Instacart or Shipt or any other personal shopping/delivery service, what, or who, do I claim as the business owner?  If it is myself, do I just use my home address and contact information?

Yes, if you are working for another company as an independent contractor (receiving a Form 1099-MISC reporting your income) performing personal shopping/delivery service, then you would fill out the business profile section as if you are the business owner.

You are operating your own business by performing your services for the other companies.  Enter your home address as the business address and your own contact information.
