What to Do About Form 8594?

I am using TT Home and Business. Is Form 8594 included? If so, what triggers it? I sold my business last year and am supposed to include this form. Is the buyer supposed to send me theirs to make sure they match?

How am I supposed to file my return if 8594 isn't included?

Thanks!

The asset acquisition statement Form 8594 is not included in the Home and Business TurboTax product but is in the Business TurboTax. The form should be filed with your tax return in the year you sell a business that involves the sale of assets. You should co-ordinate with the buyer so that you both file the same form. You will have to prepare the form outside of TurboTax and mail your return in with the form attached if you file a small business Schedule C form.

Thanks for the reply! So there's no way to add or 'attach' a form in Home and Business so that I can e-file?

No.  Not form 8594.
