What makes up current year accumulated depreciation for form 1120 form L line 10 b from the Turbo Tax "Depr By Form" totals? Accumulated and Current Depreciation?

all prior year depreciation including sections 179 and 168(k)  and current year depreciation.  however, if you use different depreciation methods for book and tax then schedule L reflects book depreciation.

depreciation can show up on line 20 of page 1 and/or lines 4 and/or 5 of form 1125-A.
