Do you have any of these items?

You can see your 1040 and any supporting schedules.

To view your 1040 form, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in at TurboTax.com and select the blue Take Me to My Return button, if you haven't already done so.
  2. On the welcome back screen, select Tax Tools from the menu on the left side of your screen (click or tap the 3 lines in the upper-left corner if you don't see this menu).
  3. Select Tools, and then select View Tax Summary
  4. Preview my 1040 under Tax Home (sidebar)
  5. Click Back near the top of your screen to exit the preview screen.

If you actually look at your Schedule 3, you can see why it has been triggered.

Your Schedule 3 is blank? Not showing when your scroll down after the 1040?

I do see it now. I did not enter anything with that amount. No Schedule 3 applies to me. How do I fix?

Is it forcing you to upgrade? You could clear and start over.
In TurboTax Online, you can erase your return and start from scratch as long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered
1. If you haven't already done so, sign in at TurboTax.com and select the blue Take me to my return button.
2. On the welcome back screen, in the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, and then select Clear & Start Over (click or tap the 3 lines in the upper-left corner if you don't see this menu).
3. Answer Yes in the pop-up to confirm.
4. After your entries have been cleared out, we'll prompt you to select a TurboTax product so you can start over from the very beginning.
If you're signed in under last year's login, we'll automatically transfer last year's info over if you select the PLUS upgrade, Deluxe, Premier, or Self-Employed. Federal Free Edition (without PLUS) does not include the year-over-year transfer feature

I already submitted fpr payment and refund. I was frustrated late last night and was charged 3 extra charges. I have a simple return . No deductions no itmeized deductions. Very simple. Very dissapointed in Turbo Tax. I would like to speak to a supervisor
