Unknowingly I have been filling out a 1120 form but need to be filling out an 1120s. Is it possible to change it to a 1120s?

"Is it possible to change it to a 1120s?"

No, they are two completely different types of income tax returns (despite both are for incorporated entities).

You will have to start a new return from the beginning; you cannot change an 1120 to an 1120-S in the program.

is fine, however when you transfer from turbo tax last year information it transfers as an 1120C, how can you chanche filling now after the transfer

The only possible way it would transfer from last tax year to the current tax year as an 1120-C would be if the last tax year was an 1120-C file. There is no way to switch, in TurboTax Business, from an 1120-C to an 1120-S; you need to start a new return.
