Unable to delete unused codes on K1 form

Not able to delete unused codes in K1 form. Any ideas? I tried to do it directly on the K1 form, but the codes could not be deleted

Please clarify - the K1 form has a whole lot of codes displayed on it that will appear as empty boxes if you have no information in them.  Are you attempting to delete those empty boxes?  because they're permanent, if that's the case.
