Turbotax not allowing me to e-file amended return

I need to amend my 2023 return and Turbotax is not giving me an option to e-file the amendment. I have e-file the original return and the IRS is currently accepting e-file. Why can't I submit my 2023 amended return for e-file

A 2023 federal amended tax return, Form 1040-X, cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.  It can only be printed and mailed.
