TurboTax Live assist eligibility for desktop users

Is Live assist available to customers of Turbo Tax desktop who are amending their returns?

Can Live assist specialists answer questions about calculating and using NOLs?

Sorry--no.    The "Live" software and live help is only available to users of online "Live" software, not for users of desktop software.  But if you have questions and need help, post your questions here in the user forum.
