TurboTax Business - Employee Salaraies and Wages must match form W3?

I own a small business with a dozen part-time employees.  My import from Quickbooks shows a gross salaries and wages of $66,241 - I have verified that is the sum of all checks and direct deposits made to my employees.  TurboTax tells me "In order to avoid a notice from the IRS", I should be sure the wages reported match the "total payroll reported on your payroll tax returns."  Are they talking about the W-3?  My W-3, Box 1 "Wages, Tips, other compensation" shows $73,908.65.

I don't know why these numbers are different, which one should I use?

There is actually an IRS video (link below) on the issue of reconciling the forms in question.
