It is pointing me to field 9 k

This is for a tablet I purchased for $354 on 10/10/2018. The percentage for business use is 80%. Note that I didn't deduct it in my last year's taxes

Unfortunately, you can't deduct an asset you purchased in 2018 on your 2019 tax return. You would need to amend your 2018 return and deduct on that return.
