TT has automatically generated 2 QBI component worksheets even though I have only one business. One of them has $0 total. How do I delete it?

Open up the extra QBI Component Wks in Forms Mode and click the Delete Form button at the bottom.

As soon as I delete it, Turbo Tax regenerates it?

One each QBI Component Wks is the name of the business(es) it is linked to under Business name near the top. Do the QBI Wks show different business name(s) there?

Thanks for reply, one showed my business name, the other "unassigned" or something similar. Don't recall how, but I was finally able to delete it.

In my case, both business names are the same and there is only one Sched C business. When I try to delete the extra QBI worksheet form, it regenerates immediately.  If I change the name and delete it, the original form regenerates.

in my case, i have 4 rental houses. when doing the error check analysis, 2 show up on one QBI component worksheet with me as the business name (that seems ok).  the other two houses show up on a second QBI CW, one with business name Enterprise 1 and the other as Enterprises 2.  I delete the forms and they regenerate.  And why wouldn't i have all 4 houses on the first sheet.  I have no activities called Enterprise 1 or 2.  I REALLY NEED SOME HELP TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT. thanks

As long as the amounts being calculated are correct and are being considered in total for the deduction, you do not need to do anything.  The QBI Component Worksheet is a "behind the scenes" calculation and does not get filed with the IRS.
