Trying to enter deductions on my s-corp federal filing and it keeps showing zero

Hi folks,

The deductions show zero after entering the amounts and if I go back to edit the amounts are still there. See screenshot. Why is this happening?

Have you run a program update lately?

No. I just bought the program a couple weeks ago.

If you bought the CD it doesn't have any updates on it.  Try updating the program.  Go up to Online-Check for updates.

OK. Updated, but still showing zeros.
