This has been asked before but I still cannot find anywhere to enter inventory. Where is Part III of Schedule C (COGS)?

It doesn't come up in the interview where I enter income, expenses, etc.  Very frustrating experience.  Thanks for any help.

You have to indicate (check a box) that you actually maintain an inventory during the interview.

Start over in the Business Income section again, from the beginning. On one of the screens there is a selection for "my business carries inventory" that you "MUST" select, before the program will ask you about inventory.

That's for the desktop version of TurboTax (Home & Business). It works as shown in the screenshots below for the online version (Self-Employed).
