The K-1 has always been populated in years past when I've used Turbo Tax, but not so this year. I don't know what I've missed in the Q & A used to fill out forms, but clearly I've missed something. All ideas welcome.
"What should I check to correct K-1?"
You can go back through the Distributions section and ensure that you actually made a distribution, and also try entering the appropriate figures for Percentages and Distribution amounts (see first screenshot).
Enter forms mode and ensure that sections A and B are populated in the Beneficiary's Allocation Smart Worksheet (see second screenshot) and, if not, enter the appropriate figures in those sections. After doing so, you should definitely see Part III of the K-1 populate.

RE: your 1st screenshot; TT Business 2017 interview only asks to enter the dollar amount distributed to each beneficiary in 2017, it doesn't ask if it's a percentage. RE your second screenshot; considering we have to manually enter the K-1, there are categories for tier 1 and 2 under Section A&B --where's the guidance on which line to enter the distribution? Out of desperation, I manually entered the dollar amount on first line 1, then line 2 and nothing populates in Part III for either entry? Somethings not right.
