Texas is missing from the dropdown choices in Schedule K-1 > State Depreciation. It asks me to pick the state I'm filing a K-1 for, and Texas is not listed?

Do I just skip this question if Texas is not listed in the dropdown?

Yes, since TX has no state income taxes, you will not need to file any state income return related to your K-1 income.
