It is not our intention to disturb you.
Thank you for sharing your opinion with us; we appreciate your feedback.
Thank you Gabi. Based on your response, I will continue using TurboTax for my taxes.
This is great news! Please feel free to come back to AnswerXchange if you have any questions while using our product.
Happy filing and have a great week @Maritza.pepo!
The disgusting tasteless swordfish spearing the man ad was a complete loss of confidence in your corporate credibility, sensibilities and culture. As a fiduciary vendor, you crossed the line and did damage to how I view your products and services. How can you expect to be taken seriously when you so egregiously cast aside all sense of decorum and propriety? Bad idea, intuit, bad idea!
@bill Thank you for your feedback. The TurboTax "Nothing to Be Afraid of" Campaign is what we're currently focusing on because of loyal customers like you speaking up. We appreciate it!
Please take a couple of minutes to view a project made by Intuit--A Giant's Story. This may align more with your values and views of our company as it does for us.

I appreciate the response. A Giant's Story is awesome! Are you going to tell me that airing the Swordfish ad beat making a short spot using the empowering tone of the Giant's message? Wow! You need to look hard and long at that thinking and fire some people that are giving you bad advice. Has the Swordfish ad been pulled or do I have to worry about explaining to my grandsons how it isn't real and people really do die when they are stuck through the chest with a sharp object? Do I have to go further to explain with words how wrong the visual message is that people's suffering is neither cute, funny or trivial. This ad is a strong argument for censorship and audience ratings. It is a complete breakdown in what used to be taboo in journalism, advertising and common decency. Wow! This is how we do tax service selling in 2018, boys and girls! I can't let this go... Pull the ad and apologize to your loyal customers, I have been one for 20 years. The world becomes a nastier and more dangerous place, one advertisement at a time. Don't be that company?!
Yes. The entire campaign has been pulled.
I agree with you that what we are advertising to the youth will shape the future.
Again, thank you for your feedback. We take your concerns and opinions very seriously which is why the marketing department made the decisions they did. Its a learning experience for all.
I hope you enjoy the weekend 🙂
