Should I file an extension if I am waiting for IRS to update a form?

I need to file a change of business address with my business (s-corp) return. However, that form won't be updated to print until 3/20/20, after the 3.15.20 deadline by which businesses need to file. Do I need to file an extension in this circumstance? Or just wait until the form is ready and mail it all in together? I don't want to be penalized for something that is on the IRS, but recognize their systems may not be sophisticated enough to know the reason for my delay in filing.

Yes, I recommend filing an extension.
