Schedule X, Where to get the HI Tax ID #?

I assume you're referring to a state issued tax ID? If so, what entity do you need this ID for? The landlord you pay rent to? A business you own? A business you do business with? A daycare provider whom you paid to care for your children so you could work? Something else?

Just found what I think might help you here. Go to https://tax.hawaii.gov/ and click the Search Tax Licenses button. Then go from there to see if you can find the specific state issued tax ID you need.
