Sch k-1 Wks-Partnerships ... I don't know why it's asking me for this. how do i get rid of it? I tried the instructions in TurboTax, but it's not working.

A k1 is not filed if you mail file.  Are there any dollar amounts entered on the K1 in question?   If not no entries are made to subsequent forms and schedules.  There should be no impact if you can not delete a K1 with no dollar values.
