Questions about "Turbotax Home & Business" Features?

1) On the product page it says "One state INCLUDED"   Does that mean personal (state) and LLC (State) counts as two returns?  

 

2) I have a single member llc in CALIFORNIA that needs form 568 and 8453-llc. I also want to file my personal federal. Does Home & Biz edition cover ALL that in the $119.99 price?

 

3) It says Tech support available by phone*, Do we get priority access to humans? Because the current phone support ([phone number removed]) is 2-3 hour waits everyday right now with NO call back feature. Do we get any expedited or exclusive support with it?

For your state program, since you have a single member LLC in the same state you reside in, both the LLC and personal income tax forms would be included in the same price and within the same state program you are purchasing.

 

Please be aware you will need to mail in the LLC forms.  They cannot be e-filed.

 

As for the tech support, you also have the option to request help within the program itself.

 

Click the Help button on the top menu bar.

  1. Then select TurboTax Help Center.
  2. A popup window will pop up and allow you to type in a search or ask for help.
  3. Once you type in your information here, you will also be prompted to have someone call you if needed on the next screen.  You will need to enter your information in this section.

Okay thanks on the other answers.

 

But your reply about the tech support is not correct. Clicking the Help Center button on the software takes you to the generic community forum page on the website here: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/file-with-turbotax/discussion/03/303?loc=NoCurrentTopic&not_found=true&page=1&pf=w&tmsrc=qs&type=32

 

There is no call back feature, it just lets you browse questions and post questions, just I did here with this question on the forum.
