Qualified Trade or Business under Section 199A - Residential Solar Power Production (221114)

My wife received a 1099-MISC from our local power company for power they purchased from our residential solar production.   For Schedule C, Is this considered a Qualified Trade or Business under 199A?

It is unlikely that you are in a business or trade of selling electric power. Therefore, the income should not be reported on Schedule C. It should be reported as Other Income.
