It depends.  Most owner operators are independent and enter their earnings and expenses on Schedule C.  Here is an FAQ that will assist you to find this in TurboTax (You will be asked to upgrade to TurboTax Self-Employed to do these taxes):  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4801198

Per diem is entered under meals ($59/day from Jan. 1-Sep. 30, and $63/day from Oct. 1-Dec. 31), and you will check the DOT box as well.  Here's an FAQ with more information:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4146014

Any expenses related to your rig will be entered in the Business Vehicle Expense section.  This will include depreciation, maintenance, fuel, tires, washes, truck insurance, tolls, and so forth.  Here is a screenshot of what to look for in the expense section:

Does fuel expense goes under "Other expenses"? I want to make sure it categorized correctly. "Here is a screenshot of what to look for in the expense section" - is the link/screenshot expired?
