On my W-2 for box 14 I have GAP Pre Tax and Medical Insurance. Do I need to put either in box 14?

Put the amount in box 14 and use something like “other” for the category. It doesn’t affect your return.

Yes, you do need put that information in TurboTax Online. Employers can put anything in box 14 since it consists of items which were not applicable in any other boxes.

If you are unsure what the information in Box 14 means, then you can enter the description from your W-2's box 14 in the description field and enter the amount. For category, you can select other (not classified).

Once you enter all the information, TurboTax will determine if it impacts your return or not.
