Box 14 on form W-2 is used for information purposes only.  The information reported there is not automatically used in other parts of your tax return.  To enter information about health insurance premiums you have paid, go to Deductions and Credits, scroll down to Medical and include these premiums with your medical expenses.

What is your question?  You probably get a 1099R and Social Security to enter.
