New York S corporation filing question

I have a New York S Corporation. Do I have to file a New York City Corporation, New York City S corporation, New York Corporation, AND a New York S Corporation? Those are 4 different filings and I just want to make sure I'm doing the right ones. Thank you!

You may need to file NYS CT-3-S New York S Corporation Franchise Tax Return.

In addition, in regards to NYC, it would be NYC-4S General Corporation Tax Return.
