My schedule EIC is incomplete according to the IRS, they are asking for supporting forms or schedules. What Do I need to send them?

Did you mail in the return and fail to include the Sch EIC?

I just got off the phone with a person over at IRS.  They literally need me to print out my schedule eic again from my return and send it in.  I guess it was lost in processing?  It took 25 minutes to get that info out of my helper.  I felt stupid at the end of the exchange.
