My page gets stuck at the beginning of the "Did you donate to xyz" questions. Can anyone help?

Seems like many have mentioned similar issues and the fix was uninstalled WIN 10 updates  so check for them and reboot the computer at least  times until they are all installed.  Then try the TT program again.
