Must I include a copy of Form 8283 sent by a partnership if I don't itemize? My share of partnership is <1% so my deduction as they reported on Sch. K-! is under $500.

If I don't itemize and my deduction is less than $500, is there any other reason why I should include a copy of form 8283 with my personal tax return?  The partnership has already submitted the original.

No. You do not have to include Form 8283 on your return if you don’t itemize and adding the form does not cause you to itemize.

There is a $300 ($600 for married couples) additional charitable deduction for cash contributions for non-itemizers. That would not apply to Form 8283.
