moved to new state and WFH but business did not move

Hi. I'm a single member LLC and moved states halfway through the year. The business is still located in the original state. Does my move impact how I file taxes for the business? I also work from home - in the new state.

Some states will require your LLC to register as a "foreign" LLC in the new state, or may allow you to transfer it, and there may be tax filing requirements.  It's best to check with the state's department of revenue for the state specific requirements.  They are all very different.

Here's a link to access the specific states involved:

Hope this helps!
