Loss in Box 1 of Sch K-1, 1065. It is the Final K-1 for this partnership, and thus passive losses are deductible. Why is the loss not showing up?

Go to the "Forms" in the upper right corner of the screen.  On the left side, scroll down to the K-1 with your partnership listed,  Select it.  Scroll through the form until you see the words "FINAL K-1".Check this box.  

This worked for me, and also corrected the resultant limitation on my rental property losses.
