Is there a way for me to make sure my business gifts to clients are 100% deductible? Do I need to enter it in a specific way to get the full deduction?

I'm adding it in the miscellaneous section and listing it as business gifts for 10 clients. What else should I do?

Yes, you would add it in the miscellaneous section. However, per the IRS rules, you can only deduct up to $25 per person for business gits. So for example, if you gave a $100 gift to a client, you can only enter $25 for that since the maximum limit of business gifts is $25 per person.

You can take a maximum $25 deduction per client under the business gifts category.
