Is it possible to do fund solo 401K for 2024 without any business income in 2024? The business is SMLLC incorporated in 2024

I am referring to employer contributions in solo 401K which can be made till tax filing deadline.

No.  Both the employee contributions and the employer contributions are based on the 'earned' income.  With no income, no contributions are allowed.
