Investigation statuscall

I filed yesterday said success but then said I cant file due to formset not allowed. Called and talked got investigation # and now cant reach anyone through app, phone, or call back from expert. I just want to know the status of the investigation please.

You have to contact TurboTax directly to find out the status of an investigation.  The easiest way to contact TurboTax is through the program directly by chat.  If the app is not working through your phone you might consider logging in to your TurboTax account from a computer and finishing your return or contacting TurboTax support from there.
