Incorporate as Delaware C Corp and registered in CA for Statement of Information

We incorporated as C Corp in Delaware in 07/2019 and registered in CA for Statement of Information in 10/2019. We do not have any income/revenue as of today (03/2020).  I am aware we are exempted from CA Franchise tax due to first year doing business, however, do I still need to file any tax return in CA?

Yes, you do need to file the California Franchise return to report as exempt- otherwise you will incur the late filing fee.

Could you please provide some guidance on which forms do I need to submit to file the CA Franchise return to report as exempt? Any .gov link that could direct me to the submitting the form?  I completed Delaware Franchise tax through the Delaware state website and it was simple, but had a hard time finding the right website for CA.
